Track Ride Around
Come along for a ride around the track in the back of our trucks. We will stop at key points on the track to discuss what each corner has to offer.
Every track day starts with a rider's meeting, this is not just for performance school students. This is where we go over the logistics for the day with all attendees and review important safety information.
Performance School Orientation
We'll all meet in the classroom for introductions. You'll meet everyone who'll be part of your day - from your classroom instructor, your on-track instructor, and other support staff.
Session One: Relaxation and Fear Management
Our first classroom session focuses on relaxation and fear management. For many, the first time on track can be overwhelming. In this session we seek to equip you with the tools needed to manage those emotions.
Session Two: Vision
So much of this sport comes down to vision. We've all heard "look where you want to go" and "look further into the corner", but what does that all mean? In this session we will work though the practical components of developing better vision skills.
Session Three: Scrubbing Speed
One of the best ways to feel comfortable on your bike is knowing how to use your brakes properly. Too often a crash could have been avoided with proper braking technique. In this session we will go over how to brake properly and equip you with a life long skill - usable on and off the track.
Session Four: Powerband Management
You're at the track because you want to go fast, and now is when we're going to talk about it. During this session, we shift the focus towards the throttle and go over how to accelerate safely while still accelerating aggressively.
Session Five: Body Position
And don't think for a moment that we are unaware of you looking for the photographer while on track. We all want that photo of us hanging off the bike, dragging knee. In this session we'll go over proper body position, what it is used for, and how you can utilize it... to get those kick-ass photos.
